I run the brand ‘Rodam,’ which bridges tradition and everyday life. I have been active as a bojagi art creator and educator for over 10 years.

With a background in Western painting, I was drawn to the beauty and philosophy of bojagi when I first discovered it by chance. Since then, I’ve explored practical bojagi that goes beyond wrapping to embrace modern aesthetics.

I reinterpret bojagi not merely as simple wrapping, but as an everyday art form that embodies the beauty of tradition.

[Washing & Care Instructions]
-Use neutral detergent and wash in cold or lukewarm water.
-For light stains, gently wipe with a tissue dabbed with mild detergent.
-Do not use bleach.
-Do not use strong spin-dry or a tumble dryer (may cause deformation).
-When ironing, set to silk mode (level 1).
-Store away from strong sunlight and humid environments.

In Korean tradition, dried pollack was believed to ward off misfortune and invite blessings. For centuries it has symbolized luck, often hung in homes during weddings, housewarmings, or business openings. Decorated with colorful saekdong threads — symbols of abundance and good fortune — it carries wishes for brightness (Myeong) and peace (Tae).
