For safe Alpine Coaster use, please note the following precautions and ensure you review them before boarding.
Requirements for Use
Age: Children under 48 months and adults aged 65 or older are not permitted to ride.
Height (Individual Ride): Individuals 120 cm or taller may ride alone.
Height (Accompanied Ride): Children under 120 cm may ride when accompanied by an adult.
Weight: Total weight must be under 100kg to ride.
Riding Restrictions
• Children under 12 years old and adults aged 65 or older are not permitted to ride.
• Pets are not permitted on the ride.
• Individuals under the influence of alcohol or who refuse to comply with staff instructions are not permitted to ride.
• Persons with mental disorders, mental or physical disabilities, pregnant women, intoxicated individuals, those with high blood pressure, acrophobia, or claustrophobia are prohibited from riding.
• Persons with heart conditions, shoulder (back) injuries, back injuries, joint issues, skin diseases, or wearing casts or protective braces are prohibited from riding.
Riding Precautions
• Follow the instructions and guidance of the operating staff.
• Photography is strictly prohibited for passenger safety.
• Smoking is prohibited during use of the Mancheonha Slide.
• Valuables such as necklaces, earrings, watches, bracelets, and glasses, as well as sharp accessories or clothing with metal attachments that could cause accidents, must be stored by the passenger in a separate container and carried personally before boarding. We are not responsible for loss or damage.
• To prevent lacerations or abrasions from friction with the slide tube, ensure no body parts extend beyond the boarding mat.
• Boarding is prohibited with long hair, backpacks, selfie sticks, or any other items that obstruct vision or compromise safety.
• Operations may be suspended during adverse weather conditions (rain, snow, lightning, etc.) for safety reasons.
Riding Instructions
• Receive instruction at the waiting area and enter in order.
• Wrap your shoes using the shoe wrapping machine.
• Put on the riding mat as directed by the operator.
• Keep both feet together during the descent. Hold the inner handles of the riding mat with both hands, supporting yourself against both sides of the cylinder to maintain a stable and correct posture. Keep your head slightly raised forward, gaze directed toward your feet, and maintain this posture until arrival.
• After completing the descent on the Mancheonha Slide, move promptly following the guidance and instructions of safety personnel.
