Terms and Conditions of Transportation and Reservation
【Transportation Terms and Conditions】
By purchasing a ticket for the Cheongpung Lakeside Cable Car or Cheongpung Lakeside Monorail, the customer is deemed to have agreed to these Transportation Terms and Conditions.
1. Tickets are valid for use and refunds only on the day of purchase, and refunds are subject to our company's regulations.
2. The cable car has a capacity of 10 passengers, and the monorail has a capacity of 6 passengers. Sharing a vehicle with other passengers is permitted.
3. Pursuant to Article 28 of the Rail Transportation Act, customers must not engage in the following acts:
· Acts that interfere with the operation of the vehicle during transit
· Bringing explosive materials that may harm or cause discomfort to other passengers
· Exposing any part of the body outside the vehicle
· Any other acts that disrupt order
4. We are not responsible for accidents or loss of personal belongings due to individual negligence.
5. Queue in line and refrain from cutting in line or using unfair methods.
6. Individuals with physical or mental weakness, pregnant women, those with acrophobia, or other pre-existing conditions are advised to refrain from riding.
7. Tickets will be invalidated and confiscated in the following cases:
· Counterfeit or altered boarding passes
· Child boarding passes used by adults
· Other improperly used boarding passes
8. Lost tickets will not be reissued, and cancellations due to loss are not possible.
【Important Notes】
1. Please refrain from actions that inconvenience other customers.
· Boarding after smoking or drinking
· Loud noise or aggressive behavior inside the cabin
2. The following items are prohibited from being brought aboard:
· Food, beverages, alcohol, burners, and other flammable items
· Items that may damage the cabin or facilities
【Cable Car Reservations】
1. Online and mobile reservations are available on the day of travel. Discounts are only available at the on-site ticket office. Once reserved, the date cannot be changed. (You must cancel and rebook.)
· Please purchase discounted tickets at the staffed ticket counter. (Proof of eligibility, ID, and receipt required)
2. Boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please have the QR code sent via text message ready in advance.
3. The cable car operates normally even in rainy weather. Ticket cancellations or refunds due to rain or poor visibility during operation are not possible.
· However, unused tickets may be canceled or refunded only if operation becomes impossible due to force majeure such as strong winds, lightning, heavy rain, or heavy snow.
4. Group tickets for 20 or more people can be purchased at the manned ticket counter.
· For groups of 100 or more, please contact 070-4162-6009 (Marketing Team) for group discount promotions.
5. Operating hours may change or service may be suspended due to unavoidable circumstances. Unused tickets may be canceled or refunded only on the day of purchase.
