ဂျေချုံ မက်ဂုခ်ဆု

Naejangtang is steamed rice in a soup made by boiling ox bones, beef tripe and omasum for many hours. This dish is rich in nutrients such as calcium and collagen. Kkakdugi is a kind of kimchi made of diced radish.
