K-PPLE complies with privacy regulations and clearly explains how your data is processed.

This policy describes the personal information collected, used, and stored by K-PPLE Inc. (the ‘Company') for the K-PPLE service.
01What We Collect
We collect the minimum needed for signup, service use, and support: name, email, phone, and store info (registration number, store name, address).
Payment data is collected and stored directly by Toss Payments. We only receive the result (approval id, amount).
02How We Use It
Personal data is used solely for service delivery, contract fulfillment, customer support, billing, and legal compliance.
Marketing use happens only with separate consent and can be revoked anytime.
03Retention
We delete personal data once the purpose of collection is fulfilled. Data required by law is retained for the legally required period.
Per Korean e-commerce law, transaction records are kept 5 years; consumer dispute records 3 years.
04Third-Party Sharing
We do not share your data with third parties as a rule. Exceptions: legal demands or your prior consent.
Processing partners include Toss (payments), SendGrid (email), Google Cloud Seoul (storage). Changes are announced immediately.
05Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or processing freeze at any time. We act without delay.
When you cancel membership, all personal data is deleted immediately, except where law requires retention.
06Security
K-PPLE follows ISMS-aligned policies and encrypts personal data at rest. Access is restricted to assigned staff and reviewed regularly.
Intrusion detection runs continuously; quarterly external security audits are performed.
07Cookies
We use cookies to improve service quality. You can disable cookies in browser settings, though some features may be limited.
