Does my data carry over from Starter to Pro?
Yes. Menus, QR codes, translations, and analytics all stay intact. From the moment you upgrade, all 56 languages get translated automatically.
Are there any contracts?
Monthly billing has no contract — downgrade or cancel anytime. Annual billing has a 12-month commitment in exchange for a 17% discount.
Are there extra payment fees?
K-PPLE adds no fees on top of payment processing. Toss's standard rates apply (around 2.5% domestic, ~4% international), and Toss settles directly with your store.
How long does onboarding take?
14 days on average. If your content is already organized, it can be 7. During busy seasons we adjust the pace to fit your schedule.
Do you accept foreign payment cards?
From Pro and above. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, UnionPay are all supported, as are Apple Pay and Google Pay with foreign cards.
